Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Mulkora. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent to a minor’s use, you may use the service only with that consent. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from a security failure under our control. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another person’s account except where we expressly allow it.

3. Fair play and acceptable conduct

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, cheats, unauthorized automation, or modified clients;
• exploit, conceal, or distribute vulnerabilities or unintended game behavior;
• interfere with the service, other accounts, networks, or security controls;
• harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or target others with hateful or abusive conduct;
• post unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating content; or
• buy, sell, or exchange accounts, virtual items, or entitlements outside methods we authorize.

We may publish and enforce additional fair-play, community, or event rules that are consistent with these terms.

4. Chat and player content

Mulkora may allow chat, alliance communications, player names, support messages, and other user-generated content. You retain rights you already have in your content. You give OAH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to submit it. We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate reports, or comply with law.

5. Virtual gold, items, and entitlements

Virtual gold, items, balances, boosts, access rights, and other digital entitlements are limited licenses to use features within Mulkora. They are not money, deposits, investments, or property with cash value outside the game; they cannot be redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may adjust virtual content and its availability for balance, security, legal, or operational reasons, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Payments and refunds

If paid content is offered, the price, currency, taxes, and material terms will be shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by an app store or payment provider. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are subject to the applicable checkout terms, app-store rules, mandatory consumer rights, and law. You must use an authorized payment method and must not make fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Game worlds, balancing, and availability

Mulkora is a persistent game that may change. We may balance mechanics, modify features, correct errors, schedule maintenance, merge or reset game worlds, change world rules, or retire features or worlds when reasonably necessary. Private-beta data and progress may be reset. We will provide reasonable notice for material planned changes when practical, but urgent security, stability, or legal work may occur without advance notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual property

OAH Technology FZE and its licensors own Mulkora, including its software, game systems, visual assets, branding, text, audio, documentation, and service content, except for user content and third-party materials identified as such. Subject to these terms, OAH grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mulkora for its intended entertainment purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, publicly exploit, or create derivative works from protected service content except as law expressly permits.

9. Investigations and enforcement

We may investigate suspected cheating, abuse, fraud, security incidents, payment disputes, or rule violations. We may warn, limit features, remove content or benefits obtained improperly, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably proportionate. Serious, repeated, fraudulent, or security- related violations may result in immediate action. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the action or offer a way to contact us.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Mulkora at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, payment, enforcement, and liability provisions—survive termination.

11. Responsibility and limits

We operate Mulkora with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights or liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continuing to use Mulkora after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
