These terms form an agreement between you and OAH Technology FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, which maintains https://mulkora.com. The company is the legal owner, operator, developer and publisher of Mulkora. Mulkora is a product brand, not a separate legal entity. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the published game rules.
Effective:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age required in your country, and legally able to enter into these terms. Anyone under 18 must not register, use this website or transact through it.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current and protect your account and login credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from a security failure under our control. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer, share or impersonate another person’s account except through features we expressly authorize.
3. Fair play and acceptable conduct
Do not use bots, scripts, macros, cheats, unauthorized automation or modified clients; exploit, conceal or distribute vulnerabilities; or interfere with the service, accounts, networks or security controls. Harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, hateful or abusive conduct, and unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious or privacy-violating content are prohibited. Do not buy, sell or exchange accounts, virtual items or entitlements outside methods we authorize. We may publish and enforce additional fair-play, community and event rules consistent with these terms.
4. Chat and player content
Mulkora may allow chat, alliance communications, player names, support messages and other user content. You retain your existing rights. You grant OAH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and enforce the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to submit it. We may review, remove, restrict or preserve content to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate reports or comply with law. Use available report/block controls or contact support about abuse.
5. Virtual Gold, items and entitlements
Virtual Gold, items, balances, boosts and access rights are optional digital benefits and limited licenses to use features within Mulkora. They are not money, deposits, investments or property with cash value outside the game and cannot be redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any transfer permitted by an in-game feature remains within the service and does not authorize external resale or cash withdrawal. We may adjust virtual content and availability for balance, security, legal or operational reasons, subject to consumer law. Play is free; purchasing is not required to enter or continue playing.
6. Prices and payment methods
The website accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in AED through Telr; any additional enabled methods appear at checkout. Prices, currency, applicable taxes and material terms are shown before confirmation, and the receipt amount and currency match the accepted order. Your card issuer may convert the charge into your card’s currency and apply its own fees. OAH Technology FZE is not currently VAT registered and does not add VAT. The maximum single order is 5,000 AED. Use an authorized payment method and do not make fraudulent chargebacks. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://mulkora.com policies and rules. Native-app purchases use Apple or Google billing, with the store’s prices and terms and your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Payment confirmation and digital delivery
Gold is delivered digitally to your account in the game world you selected after payment success is verified with the provider. There is no physical shipment. The payment-result page directs you to Purchases, where your payment history shows the order reference and status; verification may temporarily leave an order pending. Retain the order reference. If confirmation or Gold is missing after 24 hours, contact support and do not repeat payment before checking. Returning from the provider’s page alone is not proof of successful payment.
8. Refund policy
For website purchases, contact [email protected] with your order reference and issue if you were charged twice, did not authorize a purchase, did not receive it, or received content materially different from its description. We investigate and resolve eligibility according to the facts and mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise change-of-mind refunds for correctly delivered Gold that has been used; this does not limit any mandatory legal entitlement. Approved refunds go only to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 10–45 days, depending on the bank. For Apple or Google purchases, request refunds through the relevant store; we can help identify the transaction.
9. Cancellation policy
You can leave the order preview or cancel the payment page before confirming without buying. After successful payment, digital fulfillment starts as soon as verification completes, so there is no general guaranteed cancellation period after Gold has been consumed. If an order has not been delivered or was a mistake, contact [email protected] immediately with its reference before using the Gold. We review delivery status, statutory rights and the refund policy above. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel or refund a completed payment.
10. Game worlds, balancing and availability
Mulkora is a persistent game that may change. We may balance mechanics, modify features, correct errors, schedule maintenance, merge or reset worlds, change world rules, or retire features or worlds when reasonably necessary. We give reasonable notice of material planned changes when practical, but urgent security, stability or legal work may occur without advance notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Intellectual property
OAH Technology FZE and its licensors own Mulkora, including its software, game systems, visual assets, branding, text, audio, documentation and service content, except user content and relevant third-party materials. Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mulkora for its intended entertainment purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, publicly exploit or create derivative works from protected service content except as law expressly permits.
12. Investigations and enforcement
We may investigate cheating, abuse, fraud, security incidents, payment disputes and rule violations. We may warn, limit features, remove content or improperly obtained benefits, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably proportionate. Serious, repeated, fraudulent or security-related violations may require immediate action. Where appropriate and legally required, we explain the action or provide a way to contact us.
13. Ending use
You may stop using Mulkora and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and account-deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, payment, enforcement and liability provisions, survive termination.
14. Responsibility and limits
We operate Mulkora with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
15. Domicile, governing law and sanctions
The United Arab Emirates is the company’s domicile. Website purchases and related disputes are governed by UAE law, without removing non-waivable statutory rights. We do not provide services or accept transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions, including OFAC restrictions where applicable. A bank or payment provider may restrict transactions by customer or card-issuer country. The payment restriction list supplied to us by Telr includes Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, the Russian Federation, Myanmar and Yemen. This is the provider’s restriction list, not a statement that every listed country is subject to the same sanctions regime.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for service, legal, security or operational changes, publish the revised version and update its effective date. We provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably required. Continuing use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
