A new village founded by settlers starts as a regular village linked to the village that sent them, with 100 allegiance and a name based on your name and village count. It starts from the same world setup as a new player's first village: by default a level 1 Main Building, 2 population and 2 culture points. On worlds with a developed start it gets that start's buildings and resources, with resource fields capped at level 10 as in every village other than the capital. Starting troops come too only when the world gives them to settled villages.
