Gold & Premium questions and answers
These are the published Gold & Premium questions, with the answer under each one.
Can I cancel a troop delivery I bought with Gold?
Yes. A pending Mercenary Delivery can be canceled at any time before it arrives, as long as the refund is at least 1 Gold. Canceling removes the order, so the troops are never delivered, and returns 80% of the Gold you paid, rounded down, to your paid Gold. All the rest is kept. A delivery whose rounded-down refund is 0 Gold cannot be canceled. The Mercenary Camp confirmation shows how much Gold you would lose by canceling before you buy, and canceling asks you to confirm the exact refund first. A sitter can cancel only if the owner allows the sitter to use Gold.
Can I send Gold to another player?
Yes, but your account must be registered, recoverable, and password-backed, and only purchased Gold is transferable; free Gold cannot be sent. The recipient must be a different player on the same world, you must confirm your password, and the amount must be a positive whole number covered by your available paid balance.
How do I buy Gold, and is the bonus Gold paid Gold?
Open Buy Gold and choose a Gold pack. Each pack has a base amount of Gold and may add a bonus percentage; the bonus is rounded up to whole Gold. On the website you can add several packs to your cart and pay through the secure Telr checkout, charged in AED, by card or a supported wallet such as Apple Pay, depending on your device and card. In the iOS and Android apps you buy one pack at a time through the App Store or Google Play at the store's own price, and the apps do not open the website checkout. Some packs are sold only on the website. You need a registered account with a verified email or Apple or Google sign-in, not a guest account, and the Gold goes to the world you have selected. Gold is added only after the payment is confirmed, and the whole amount, bonus included, is added as paid Gold.
How do I buy Plus account, and how long does it last?
Plus account is bought with Gold from the Plus screen at the current Gold price shared across all worlds and for the duration configured by your world. It has exactly five benefits: a dual construction queue, Farm Lists, the read-only Villages Overview, recurring resource shipments, and favorite reports. A single Marketplace shipment and the full-screen map remain ordinary free behavior. Tribes with separate field and building lanes apply the two-task construction limit to each lane; other tribes share the limit. Bigger Map, the player notebook, Quick Links, acceleration entries, and queue planning are retired and unavailable. Buying Plus while it is active adds the new duration and charges the full price.
How do I buy troops with Gold?
Buying troops requires a Mercenary Camp in the selected village and can be paid for only with paid Gold. Only combat and siege troops already researched in that village can be bought. Each troop type shows a server-calculated quote for the Gold price and troop count in one bundle, based on its basic training resources and the shared monetary settings and the world's production reference. Enter how much Gold to spend on each troop; the screen shows how many troops that Gold buys, the amount must buy whole bundles, and the total cannot be more than your paid Gold. Before anything is charged, a confirmation shows the total Gold, the delivery delay and how much you would lose by canceling the delivery later, or that a purchase too small to refund cannot be canceled. If the quote changes before you confirm, the purchase fails and nothing is charged. A sitter can buy only if the owner allows the sitter to use Gold. While the Mercenary Camp is closed on the server it lists no troops, and nothing can be bought after the game ends. Troops do not appear immediately; while you wait, the order appears as a separate Mercenary Delivery movement to the destination village, and the troops arrive after the displayed delay.
How does Smart Resource Fulfillment use Gold?
When resources are missing, the system uses resource items you already own first, then may suggest the purchasable item bundles that cover the remainder for the least Gold, which may mix bundle sizes. You see the complete Gold cost before confirming, and price and availability are checked again when applied. Resources fill storage up to capacity, and any disclosed overflow is lost.
How much does custom protection or vacation mode cost?
The world sets the protection duration; the base price is shared across all worlds. Each activation costs the base multiplied by its activation number: 1 for the first, 2 for the second, 3 for the third, and so on, then converted to the current Gold charge. Registration protection is free and does not count as an activation. Turning protection off uses the current base price. The displayed charge can be zero when the shared protection price is zero. If the next activation price is too large to calculate, activation is unavailable and an error appears. You can still cancel active protection at its base price if you have enough Gold.
How much does it cost to extend an active Plus feature?
Extending an active Plus feature costs that feature's full current Gold price shared across all worlds. The duration configured by your world is added to the existing expiry; the feature or its production percentage is not applied twice.
How much does the Advisor cost?
Each Advisor answer costs what it really took to write it, and never more than the amount shown on the Send button. You get some free Advisor answers every day for questions. An answer that prepares a plan is always paid, even while free answers remain, and needs Gold. After the free answers, you can ask while the free Gold left today and your bought Gold cover that amount; nothing is taken when you send, and when the answer is done only its real cost is taken. Free Gold pays first up to a daily limit, then bought Gold. If a paid question is turned away because today's free Gold limit is reached and the free Gold you still hold would cover that amount, the chat says the limit is reached and the rest needs bought Gold. If the Gold you can use is below that amount, the chat says your balance is short of it. Before usage has loaded, the chat says you do not have enough Gold. If an answer fails or you stop it, it costs nothing. Advisor plans cost nothing while they run or wait, unless you give a plan a Gold budget: then each time it looks for resources in your other villages is paid from that budget like an answer, sharing the same daily free-Gold limit. The usage button at the top of the Advisor chat shows the most your next message can cost, what is left of your free messages and free Gold today, bought Gold you used today once you reach it, messages left today and your Gold.
Is there a daily or login reward?
No. Logging in or playing on a new day does not give Gold, resources or items, and there is no login streak. Gold and items come from tasks, the Hero Journey, invites, gift cards, medals, the World Wonder and purchases. The only regular timed Gold prize is the weekly medal prize for the top 3 players in each category.
What can Smart Time accelerate?
Smart Time consumes duration items you own and may offer additional bundles for Gold when needed. One application accelerates a construction lane, Academy research, attack upgrades, defense upgrades, or one selected troop-training batch. The time is spent only on the selected active batch. Every training building, including Great Barracks and Great Stable, trains one batch at a time. Waiting batches in that building start earlier by the same amount without completing; other buildings and villages are unaffected. It does not accelerate reinforcements, celebrations, merchants, heroes, or unrelated lanes.
What do the Plus resource-production bonuses provide?
You can activate a separate production boost for wood, clay, iron, or crop in the selected village. Each feature adds 25% to the chosen resource's gross production. Each feature has a current Gold price shared across all worlds. Your world sets its duration, and the boost is removed when that duration ends.
What does the NPC resource merchant do, and what does it cost?
The NPC resource merchant lets you redistribute a village's current total among wood, clay, iron, and crop. The new total cannot exceed what you already have, so it does not create extra resources. It deducts the Gold price derived from the shared service setting before applying the exchange.
What is the difference between total, free, and paid Gold?
Total Gold is the balance you can spend on that game world, while the paid-Gold counter determines what is eligible for paid-only features. Free and paid partition that spendable balance by credit source, and they always add up to Total, including after spending.
What is the local-currency amount next to Gold prices?
On the web Buy Gold page, an approximate amount in your local currency appears next to each AED price and the cart total, based on the country you are connecting from. It is a guide only: exchange rates update once a day, and your card is always charged in AED, so your bank's exchange rate may differ. If your currency is AED, payments from your country are not supported, or your location or currency cannot be estimated reliably, you see AED prices only.
When can I collect the Gold reward for inviting a player?
You can collect an invite reward after the invited player reaches 1500 population. The reward uses the current shared reward value and can be collected only once for each invited player.
Where can I see my Gold activity?
Tap your Gold in the top bar, then open History to see Gold received and spent on the selected world. Each entry shows its activity, date, amount, and balance afterward; Gold the Advisor spent or received while acting for you is marked By the Advisor. Use Older and Newer to browse the recorded history. This history is available to the account owner, not sitters. An opening balance summarizes earlier Gold; it does not list earlier individual purchases or spending.
Where do Free Gold and paid Gold come from?
Free Gold comes from the starting Gold when you join a world (30 Gold by default), Zero-to-Hero tasks that pay Gold, Hero Journey chapter rewards, inviting players who reach 1500 population (50 Gold each by default), weekly medal prizes for the top 3 players in each category (500, 300 and 200 Gold by default), redeeming gift cards, a creator code bonus when the game sets one, and the alliance share when an alliance-mate wins the World Wonder: one tenth of the winner prize for each member other than the winner, paid only when the alliance has at least 2 members besides the winner. Paid Gold comes from buying Gold on the website or in the apps, bonus Gold included, from winning the World Wonder (1000 Gold by default), and from Gold another player sends you. Refunded Gold returns to the balance it was taken from. The game can change these amounts. There is no daily or login Gold reward.
