Settings questions and answers
These are the published Settings questions, with the answer under each one.
Can I see my village at night?
Yes. Open Day & night in your profile settings and choose Auto, Day or Night. Auto is the default: your village shows night from 6 PM to 6 AM by your device's clock and switches by itself while the game is open. Day and Night keep that look all the time. Only the village art changes; the game interface stays the same. Each device and browser remembers its own choice.
Does Site News have a separate unread marker?
No. Only in-game Global News has a per-player unread state. The Site News setting is not delivered per player and currently has no separate active page or unread marker.
How are notifications linked to my device and account?
After you allow notifications, this device receives them in the Arabic or English language selected in the game. In Phone notifications settings, choose alerts for starving troops, support replies, building and training completion, Tatar and artifact announcements in your world, a new round after any world reset, requests to join your alliance, and new worlds (when a new world's opening date is set, when it opens, and when a round ends). These alerts are intended for when you are away from the game. Nearby completion alerts may be grouped. An Advisor plan that needs your answer, finishes or stops also tells you what happened, and reports progress every few finished steps while you are away. Chat and attack notification settings remain separate. On iPhone, the app icon shows how many alerts you have not opened yet on this phone; opening the app clears that number and removes Mulkora alerts from Notification Center, without marking anything in the game as read. Delivery depends on your device permissions and connection.
How do I change my profile photo?
Open your Profile and tap the camera button on your picture, or use Change photo in Edit Profile. Choose an image file of up to 20 MB from your device, drag and zoom it inside the round frame, then save. Instead of a file, you can choose a troop: every troop in the game is offered, from every tribe including Nature's animals, with your own tribe first, and you zoom and frame its picture the same way before saving. The photo is saved as a square picture as soon as you confirm the crop, and it replaces your previous photo. It belongs to your account, so other players see the same photo on every world. Only the account owner can change it; an account sitter cannot. Images the game cannot read are refused, and photo uploads are limited over time, so if you change your photo too often, wait a while and try again.
How do I edit or clear my public profile description?
The profile editor can change one public description field. Text is trimmed and length-limited, and blank text clears it. You can edit only your own player's description.
How do I remove my profile photo?
Open the photo dialog from your Profile or from Edit Profile, choose Remove photo, and confirm. The stored image is deleted and the default picture returns everywhere; you can upload a new photo at any time. Only the account owner can remove it; an account sitter cannot. Mulkora staff can also remove an inappropriate photo, which deletes it in the same way.
How do I save my billing details?
The billing form saves your name, phone number and address to your own account. Name, phone, street, city and country are required. Every card payment sends them to the payment page, so it asks only for your card. The payment provider does not accept billing addresses in Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, the Russian Federation, Myanmar or Yemen, so these countries are not in the country list and cannot be saved. Only the signed-in account owner can change them.
What picture do I show if I have no profile photo?
Until you upload a photo, your account shows the game's one shared default picture wherever a profile photo appears. The same default picture is shown if your photo cannot be loaded, so no broken image appears in its place.
When does Global News appear as unread again?
Closing Global News marks it as read. The badge returns when a new world announcement is published or an automatic milestone posts news, including artifact release, Tatar arrival, or a winning Wonder ending the game.
Which account profile details can I update?
Your account can update its address, birth date, and gender. Only submitted fields change, and an empty address clears that value. Gender accepts Male or Female. Your profile photo is changed separately, by uploading a new photo.
Which game information pages are available before signing in?
On the website, About Mulkora, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Help Center and each rules topic, the Quick Guide, Tribes, the beginner guide, the FAQ, Similar games, Terms and Conditions, and account deletion are available before sign-in. Search articles are available before sign-in too, including war games, a new world, Kings War, browser and strategy games, the army calculator, a closed server, the Tatar War and Tatar Age end-game articles, and articles for Saudi Travian, Travian Legends and Kingdoms, and Travian Classic. Every page has the same header and a footer with company details and policy links. New players choose Create free account; players who already have an account choose I already have an account, or Continue playing on a browser they signed in with before. The installed app entry shows Game Rules and Contact Us in in-app dialogs, plus Privacy settings for separate device-local usage analytics, Meta and TikTok ad-measurement choices. Site News has no standalone page; game-world announcements use Global News inside the game.
Which game rules can vary between game worlds?
Each world stores its own configuration. Game, resource, attack, and training speed; map size; beginner protection; storage, cranny, and merchant capacity; culture-point base; oasis bonuses; Artefact and medal timing; registration and reset timing; and whether troop purchase or starvation is enabled may differ. Gold rewards such as starting, invite and winner Gold come from one shared Gold economy, not from a world's settings. Statistics shows key world values, while other settings appear on their relevant feature screens.
Which optional personal details appear on a public player profile?
If you add a residence and birth date, the profile shows the residence and your age in completed years to you, other players, and an account sitter. The server calculates age, and the sitter sees the same public values without receiving the raw birth-date, address, or gender fields. Your profile photo is visible to everyone who opens your profile; other account details remain private, and unfilled rows are omitted.
Why can my profile address be rejected?
Addresses have a length limit. Text is trimmed, blank text clears the field, and a value over the limit is rejected.
