Are there predefined 9-wheat or 15-wheat village tiles?
There are no predefined 9-field or 15-field wheat villages. You can choose wheat for all 14 flexible plots, alongside the permanent wheat plot.
Can an oasis boost 2 resources at once?
Yes. Dual oases can provide 25% wood, clay, or iron together with a 25% wheat bonus.
Do the animals in an oasis come back after they are killed?
No. Each oasis gets its animals once, when the world map is created. Animals killed in attacks or raids do not return during the round, and an oasis that has been cleared stays empty. An oasis that a player releases, or that becomes wild again when the village owning it is destroyed, also returns with no animals. Every oasis gets new animals only when the world is reset.
Does a public map tile reveal a village’s chosen resource mix?
The map does not show another player’s chosen field mix. Successful resource scouting can reveal counts and levels in its report.
Does travel distance wrap around the map edges?
Yes. Distance uses the shorter route on each axis, whether that route is direct or crosses a map edge. Tiles near opposite edges can therefore be close to each other.
How are a village’s resource plots assigned?
Each village has 18 resource plots: 1 permanent plot for each resource and 14 plots whose resource type you choose. The 14 choosable plots start unbuilt.
How does a village annex an oasis?
• Send your Hero with the attacking force. Some attacking soldiers must survive, and all oasis defenders must be defeated. • The Hero does not die or disappear. Battle damage may put the Hero in Coma, followed by recovery; capture does not separately test the Hero's post-battle state. • The source needs a Hero's Mansion of at least level 10 and room under its oasis cap: 2 at levels 10-14, 4 at 15-19, 6 at level 20. You cannot annex your own oasis. • Full Attack is the default and more reliable for clearing defenders, but an eligible raid can also annex. A failed Full Attack loses the attacking soldiers. • An unowned oasis transfers immediately. An owned oasis loses 25 loyalty per successful attack and transfers at 0. • Annexation adds an oasis to the source village, not another village.
How is World Discovery different from browsing the visible map?
Normal browsing shows tiles near the open map view, while World Discovery searches the entire game world for free from your active village or another owned origin. It can find crop oases, and Barbarian camps; Tatar and Artefact categories appear when released on that world. Results are ordered by shortest distance, and selecting one recenters the map and opens its details. The search box at the top also finds a village or player by name, or a place by coordinates such as 12|-5; each result can center the map on it, send troops (with a Rally Point), and a village or oasis result can also show its details; a village result can also send resources (with a Marketplace).
How large is the world map?
Size depends on the world configuration, and the configured number is the map's full width rather than a radius. The default is 301 tiles per axis, from -150 through 150, but individual worlds may use a different size.
What is the strongest single oasis bonus?
The strongest single bonus is 50% wheat production. Other oasis types give no more than 25% to one resource, though dual oases can give 25% to a basic resource and 25% to wheat.
Where is a new player's first village placed?
At registration you can choose 1 of the map's 4 quadrants; a random quadrant is used if the selection is not valid. Within that quadrant, the game claims an empty regular village tile. Player registration does not choose the field layout, and placement does not depend on tribe.
Which production bonuses can an oasis provide?
Depending on its type, an oasis can provide 25% wood, clay, iron, or wheat; 25% of one basic resource plus 25% wheat; or 50% wheat. One oasis appearance acts as a no-bonus entry when annexed.
