Does a battle report result change with the viewer's side?

A war report presents the outcome for your side. The attacker sees the attacking-force result, while the defender sees the defending-force result. The battle data is the same, but the result label matches your role.

Does an oasis report show the animal garrison as a normal tribe?

No. In war and spy reports for an owned oasis, the Nature or animal defense group is hidden rather than shown as a normal defending tribe.

Does deleting a Report remove it for the other player?

No. Deleting a Report hides only your side. It remains visible to the other player until they delete their side as well.

How is an attack report outcome determined?

The attacker's result is a win without losses, a win with losses, or a defeat. The defender's result is a successful or failed defense, each with or without losses. The report shows the description for the side you are viewing.

Is a Report's read status shared between both sides?

No. A Report keeps separate read status for its sender and recipient. Marking your side as read does not change the other side's read status.

What does a single village's report view show?

It shows the 5 most recent reinforcement, war, and privacy-safe spy reports. The village owner and allies can see the permitted defender side; other viewers see only reports in which they or their alliance were attackers.

What does a successful scouting mission show about the defending army?

If at least one of your scouts survives, the report lists every troop standing in the target: the owner's own troops and any reinforcements stationed there, with each unit's count, grouped by tribe. Troops of the same tribe are added together, so you cannot tell the owner's units apart from reinforcements of that tribe. Only defending scouts fight a scouting mission, so they are the only defenders that can show losses; every other unit shows none. A Hero standing with the troops is shown too, and Heroes never die in a scouting fight. If all of your scouts die, the defending troops stay hidden from you, unless you are in the defender's alliance. Wild animals in an oasis that a player owns are not listed.

What does the alliance reports page show?

It shows war and spy reports in which an alliance member was the attacker or defender. An undetected successful spy report is not shown to the defending side. If you are not in an alliance, the list is empty.

What does the unread-report indicator count?

It counts every new report visible to you that is not deleted on your side and remains unread, including reports from attacks you sent to system targets such as Barbarian Camps even when the report has no recipient player. An undetected successful spy report is not counted for the defender, and the appropriate read state is used for reports you sent, received, or sent to yourself.

What outcomes can a spy mission have?

If the defender has no scouts, the mission succeeds without a fight. If every attacking spy dies, it fails; if some survive, it succeeds but is detected. Scouts an ally sent to reinforce the village count too, and the defending scouts meet the mission even when only one spy is sent.

When are Reports created?

The game creates Reports automatically when an attack, scouting mission, reinforcement arrival, or resource delivery settles, and when troops die from starvation. Players do not create Reports manually.

When can I see the defender's troops in an attack report?

• First you need permission to open the report, either as a participant or through eligible alliance sharing. Opening it does not automatically reveal the defending army. • Defense is visible if an attacking soldier survived, you are the defender, you currently share the defender's alliance, or the defense lost at least 90% after rounding to a whole percentage. A loss of 89.5% rounds to 90%. • A surviving Hero alone does not count as a surviving soldier. If no visibility condition applies, defending troop counts and casualties remain hidden. • The battle details follow the same condition: when the defense is hidden you see only your own side's power, not the defender's power, which side was stronger, or the loss percentages. • Displayed identities follow the report type and its privacy rules.

Where does a Report about my reinforcement losses appear?

A reinforcement-casualty Report is shown to the player who supplied the reinforcing troops as the recipient. This category is not shown on the sender side or in the alliance attacker view.

Which buildings does a strategic-building scout report show?

A successful strategic-building scout shows every completed Warehouse, Granary, Great Warehouse, Great Granary, Rally Point, Cranny, Residence or Palace, Treasury, wall, Stonemason, Hero's Mansion, and Wonder of the World present when the scouts arrive, covering loot, siege, conquest, and Artifact-capture planning. Persisted Residence, Palace, and Treasury rows are still shown at level 0 because their presence blocks conquest or direct capture, and the Wonder appears once. Resource field intelligence belongs only to resource-stock scouting. The report does not choose one at random, and unrelated buildings remain hidden.

Which Reports appear in My Reports?

The list shows Reports from the current world where you are the sender or recipient and have not deleted your side. Reinforcement-casualty Reports are excluded from the sender side, and an undetected successful scout is hidden from the defender. Newest Reports appear first, and you can filter by category or show unread Reports only.

Which types of Reports exist?

There are 6 categories: resource delivery, reinforcement arrival, attack or raid, scouting, losses among troops reinforcing another village, and troop starvation.

Who can open an individual report?

The sender or recipient can open a report only from their own side when it has not been deleted and its visibility rules allow it. The defender cannot open an undetected successful spy report.
