Account & Profile questions and answers
These are the published Account & Profile questions, with the answer under each one.
Can a sitter send the owner's troops outside the owner's villages?
Yes, but only when the owner grants the send-troops permission. With it, the sitter may use reinforcement, attack, and raid missions under the same normal rules for troop availability, Rally Point, protection, contracts, and target eligibility.
Can I delete my player from one world, and what is removed?
The direct account owner can request deletion of their player from the current world after a 3-day grace period. Deletion cannot complete while the player holds an Artifact. Only the player, its Hero, and its villages on that world are removed. The Mulkora user account, sign-in methods, Gold, and players on other worlds remain available.
Can I sign in with my username or my email address?
For an email/password account, you can use either your username or email address. Matching is case-insensitive. An account without a password does not use the password sign-in form.
How do I delete my whole Mulkora account, and what is lost?
Delete Mulkora Account schedules removal of your whole account after a 72-hour grace period: every world, all progress, all remaining Gold including purchased Gold, game history, support tickets and replies, sign-in IP history, and your Mulkora sign-in. It is different from deleting your player from one world. When signed in outside a world, you find it at the bottom of Account settings. Confirm with your password, a fresh Apple or Google sign-in, or the guest kingdom's owning phone. You can cancel from the same screen until deletion starts. Once it starts, cancellation is unavailable even if completion needs retries. Without the app, request deletion on the website and confirm the emailed link. Your account profile is anonymized; financial and administrative audit records remain but cannot restore your account. If automatic Apple authorization removal is unavailable, follow the displayed Apple instructions after deletion.
How do I request a password-reset link?
Enter the account email in the forgotten-password form. If it belongs to an account and the request is accepted, the game attempts to send an email with a link valid for 12 hours.
How do I see the devices signed in to my account and sign them out?
Open Profile, then Settings, then Active sessions. The list shows the devices signed in to your account: the browser and system or the Mulkora app, the country, when it was last active, and when it signed in. The device you are using is marked This device and is listed first. Sign out ends another device's sign-in at once. Sign out other devices asks you to confirm, then signs out every device except this one. A sitter's sign-in shows the sitter's name and can be signed out the same way, but the sitter can sign in again until you remove them on the Sitters screen. A signed-out device must sign in again. A phone that used Google or Apple does not reopen on its own; it needs a fresh sign-in, for example with Google or Apple again. Signing out a device also affects your other phones that signed in with Google or Apple before that moment: if one of them later loses its sign-in, it too needs a fresh sign-in. A phone that signs in with Google or Apple after your latest sign-out is not affected. A guest account does not have this list.
How does a sitter sign in to the owner's account?
The sitter uses the owner's username or email but enters the sitter's own account password. Both accounts must be registered, recoverable, and password-backed; the sitter grant must still exist and the sitter account must not be blocked.
Must I activate my email before signing in?
No. You can sign in and use the account immediately; activation verifies the email but is not a login requirement in the current version.
What happens after a successful password reset?
The reset link must be valid and unexpired. On success, the new password is saved, the link cannot be reused, and all existing Mulkora and linked sign-in sessions for the account are invalidated.
What happens when I change my account password?
You must be the direct account owner and enter the current password correctly. After the new password is accepted, all existing Mulkora and linked sign-in sessions are invalidated, so your devices must sign in again.
What happens when I change my email address?
Only the direct account owner can change the email address. Extra whitespace is removed and the address is stored in lowercase. An address whose domain cannot receive email is refused and nothing changes. Otherwise the account returns to awaiting activation, and the game attempts to send an activation message to the new address; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder or resend it from your profile.
What happens when I log out from all devices?
In Profile, then Settings, then Active sessions, a registered account signs out its other devices with Sign out other devices, which keeps the device you are using signed in. A guest account sees Logout All there instead; it opens the prompt to save your account and does not sign anything out. An older version of the app may still show Logout All to a registered account. There it ends all current Mulkora and linked sign-in sessions for the account, so every device, the one you are using included, must sign in again.
What happens when I select a game world?
You can select a world where the account has a player to enter that player and world. A sitter may select only a world where the owner granted them valid access.
What information is required to create an account?
Email signup requires a username, email address, password, and acceptance of the terms. With Apple or Google, sign in with the provider first, then choose a player name and accept the terms to finish creating your account. Cancelling before that final step does not create a Mulkora account. A referral code is optional for either method.
What is required to create a player on a world?
The direct account owner must perform the action, the world must have started and still allow registration, and the account must not already have a player there or be awaiting or past whole-account deletion. Choose a playable tribe and a quadrant from 1 to 4, or use the random choice to let the game select one of the four quadrants.
Which details can I change in my profile?
You can change your address, birth date, and gender. Extra whitespace is trimmed and normal length and value checks are applied before saving. Your profile photo is changed separately, by uploading a new photo.
Which sitter permissions does the server enforce?
The owner may delegate Plus features, report access, troop dispatch, Reward Bank item use, reward claims, and reading or sending in world and alliance chat. Chat sending also requires read access, and sitters never access direct conversations. Account, billing, Support, the Advisor and its plans, sitter administration, registration, and deletion remain owner-only regardless of permissions.
Why does the game say my email address can't receive mail?
When you create an account, save a guest kingdom, change your email, or add password recovery, the game checks that the address's domain can receive email. If the domain does not exist, has no mail server, or states that it accepts no email, the address is refused and you are asked to check it for typos or use another address; nothing is saved. If the check cannot be completed right away, the address is accepted.
